Ajitop™ is a yeast extract high in natural glutamic acid providing a direct front impact enhancing spices, very suitable for soups, sauces and snack seasonings, also effective for salt reduction.

Aromaway™ is a natural dried yeast powder made from whole Torula Yeast. It provides a full-bodied flavor by enhancing meaty, fatty and spicy notes. It will provide complexity to the final flavor resulting in truly authentic tasting products.

Aromild™ is a yeast extract high in natural nucleotides giving strong lingering umami taste. It gives balance, body, mouthfeel, smoothness and is very neutral in taste making it suitable to apply in a wide variety of foods.

Proprietary spray drying technology allows for the transformation of specialty nutritional lipids into stable, easy to use powders on a wide variety of substrates. These spray-dried emulsions are suitable for many applications and are suitable for current strong trends like Keto, Paleo, and low carbohydrate diets. We can offer customization where possible. Examples of standard products are powdered MCT’s, butter, oils, and shortenings.
